The Board of Directors ofMainland Resources, Inc., (OTC Bulletin Board: MNLU 5MN-Frankfurt) a Nevada Corporation (the "Company") has authorized and approved a forward split of the Company's common shares with a payable date of July 13, 2009. The forward stock split provides for the issuance of new shares at a ratio of 2 shares to one share for every share of the Company's stock issued and outstanding
