The markets have been pulled down by the correction in China. The Chinese government seems to be trying to arrest the drop now. 

If you believe that the drop in Chinese stocks represents a needed correction then you start to think about buying (all markets). If you think that the Chinese market is leading a Bear Collapse then you short (all markets). 

The Chinese market may move lower and will have increased volitility. However, if ever there was a manipulated market it is the Chinese one. 

If there are reasons that the Chinese government would prefer a Bear Collapse instead of a rising market at this time, I would like to hear those arguments.
