In the United States government spending is around 20% of GDP and growing. India, Russia, and China are all about the same while South Africa is at 34, Canada at 48, the UK at 50, and France at 61.  Given the fact that every government has different objectives and often follow different fads it would make sense to diversify internationally and also to have the location of the country clearly posted.  Being an American company in a foreign country can only take you so far.

Right now, I'm looking for countries that have large population growth.  It creates automatic boosts in demand as well as cheapens labor.  Furthermore, people with families tend to make plans for themselves ten, twenty years down the road, because that's when their children are going to need the most money.  The most successful investments are long term.
