They have steadily grown earnings and pay a small dividend.
No debt whatsoever and a small amount of cash.
Market cap below 200 million
Price to sales below .2
Price to earnings around 9

It is a pure military play, so as such can e risky. Otherwise the numbers seem solid.
Just on a purely technical evaluation (CHART) I would say that It may be heading DOWN,at least short term. DMI+ crossing over DMI- while MACD has fallen below signal line for the 1st time since early September when the stock was fetching $33.00 TS
