SALM is up 7%
CMLS is up 10%
LEE is up 15%

But I don't recall you explaining why media stocks are hot. Please, do.
I say until dragon starts providing rationale we provide our own (ridiculous) reasons... This way perhaps he will feel compelled to argue. (plus if you've read my blogs before i just like throwing out absurdities from time to time for laughs).
I say media is hot because people need the keep buying newspapers cause the old ones get all worn out and smudgy quickly... Its the perfect business model, you sell a product that needs to be replaced on a daily basis. As for radio, well people can't remember all their favorite songs so they need the radio there to keep playing them for them.
Yea, but if you look at most of his stocks, most are losing money. Perfect example, GTN, which I went in heavily, lost my shirt, but now clawing my way back (God only knows how).
They have missed earnings estimates on average -46% this year, and have lost substancial money 7 out of the last 11 quarters. They are HEAVILY in debt, so hopefully I can cash out before they potentially go bankrupt. This one definitely keeps me up at night, although now I have a very good feel as to how it reacts after following it the past 3 weeks pretty closely.
The one's I do like that he has pointed out is SAH TEN, and PNX.
I will definitely be watching these, I will buy on a dip if it comes, if not...oh well.
this is speculation and they will crash soon. So just keep on recommending your own posts, No one buys your BS that's why so many read it and no one gives you a rec.

In his defense, he has his own style of investing, and some have been good stocks. GTN is a media company with a very cool technology coming out shortly for the iPhone. I went in speculating this stock would end up around $3.50-$4 share at the end of year.
We will see I guess.
But SAH, DEER, TEN, and PNX have varying degrees of value based on fundamentals. I like TEN the most. They have beat earning the last 3 quarters by 50%-ish. Pretty good.
as an addition to my above comment, SAH has beat earnings the past 2 quarters.

I find it in this. It looks like the red line will go though the roof, while the blue one is coming out at the other end.
