Bull Market or "Bull" Market

Hoping to get a pulse of all you out there...

Is this a bull market based growth in the private sector and a recovery on the horizon?

Or a "Bull" (as in Bullsh*t) market based on artificial stimulus, momentum chasing, and a depressed dollar?

Maybe a bit of all?

Growth in the private sector? Not yet, although Q3 results may show some of that Q-over-Q (not Y-over-Y, which is the better comparison).

Is there a real recovery on the horizon? The market makers seem to think so.

Has the stimulus had some effect? Absolutely!

Is momentum chasing going on? Always! Although many retail investors (not me, by the way) have missed out on the rally, considering that about $3.5T is sitting in money market accounts (just imagine some of that flowing into the stock market...)

Is the dollar depressed? Do I even need to answer this one?

Whether you call it bull or bullsh!t, I don't care. One look at my retirement account says it is real.

YES all of the above.... near term "bull" and long term BULL. In other words there is a rally cry sentiment by Mr. Market that things are a bargain now for the long term but short term the risk is muted by as you aptly put it...artificial stimulus, momentum chasing, and a depressed dollar.

I think Mr. Market is crazy but he is the king and people who are much better investors them may have said " The emperor has no clothes. "and he laughs.

Mr. Marker might be loco, but that's the way I like it (disclaimer: I'm loco too). I was never so excited about the future like I am right now.

And I do know that usually means "the party's over" (short term), but I'm just so pumped up about the future when I see what I see (or what I'm looking at).

I mean this is just great. Back, at the beginning of July, I was saying that this will be the biggest bull market ever (that was my only pitch for stocks I entered into my CAPS portfolio), and right now, I have no doubts...none at all...nada...

I mean, this is great. I'M LOVING IT...

I know you must think I really am quite loco right now, but let me tell you something: YOU ARE RIGHT.

(And no, I'm not smoking anything...)

This will be the best story ever written... I'm telling you... And you better believe it...

VIVA LA VIDA LOCA (and invest like there's no tomorrow)... :)

I have no idea, but this ridiculous rally has been a great opportunity for people to get their portion of the "stimulus".
