GoldSpring Strong Buy signal (GSPB.ob)

October 11, 2009 – Comments (9) | RELATED TICKERS: RBY , CGR , GSS

The run was delayed 6 months but patience and steady accumulation of undervalued assets will pay off in the long run. I have more shares now than ever.  This equity is incredibly oversold and very undervalued in my opinion. I have had considerable success with this sector and have scored many multibaggers. Many of best performing stocks: Rubicon(long from 1 CAD), Claude  Resources (long from .3 CAD), Shore Gold (long from .25 cad), MFN, JAG, GSS etc have come from the junior mining sector and I have learned much in how to value these companies over the past couple of years. I believe the gold/silver junior mining sector will generate some of the most spectacular gains ever witnessed, probably hugely exceeding some of the 50k% gains the sector saw in the 70s and early 80s. Hopefully my caps score can lend some moderate credibility to my claims, but of course do your own due diligence, and never invest what you can't afford to lose.

See my other blog post for more information on the company.  The final permits to secure IG7 compliant reserves (and hopefully financing -> 2010 production) will end the public comment period on October 16th. I think this should be a fun week for shareholders.

I have purchased shares of GSPG from as low as .005 to .05 and believe the current subpenny .0098 USD (35 M market cap) entry will be a solid performing 5 year long.

I don't think you know what oversold means.

Production starting in 2010 seems pretty unlikely to me.  Anyways a huge amount of debt and share dilution will be necessary.

Yahoo! Message Boards - Goldspring Inc. - GSPG Bullish Technical Chart

GSPG will need a minimum of 15 M to start operations, and ideally two or three times that to wipe out some of their considerable debt.  But the beauty about owning these companies during times like these is that the massive amount of inflation will benefit them significantly.  Eroding their debt while enhancing the fundamentals for their principle assets.

As I outline in the post bellow a small % pre-sale of minerals would be  a very easy way to launch the project to production.  It is my personal opinion that financing is already secured given new production equipment, and the new office. I expect a significant announcement after the final permits are issued in the next month and publication of an IG7 SEC compliant reserve report outlining a $600M and climbing mineable inventory of gold and silver.

At the very least GoldSpring will rise in price to reflect the new fundamentals and as the company transitions to a producer it will move up further in the tier of fair value per share which is certainly a heck of a lot more than 35M. I am counting on significant inflation and gold/ silver mania within the next 5 years.

Appreciate your two second analysis though.

Are you familiar with SRSR (Sarissa Resources)?   They are apparently sitting a huge amount of niobium. I see a lot of people pushing it on message boards and various sites.  I've been following it for the past three months but haven't moved on it as it's been trending lower.

Any comments?

Yes please review all of Mr. Faber's dealings with the SEC which I can only assume means filing quarterly reports unless you provide some other factual data that would show other dealings.

As for calling me Daniel repeatedly you are obviously a little crazy as I am clearly not this Daniel character you see in your dreams. You didn't even read my post as I identify who I am in it, also my initials are in my screen-name. So you know who I am already if you can read. Hopefully this doesn't lead to an unhealthy relationship like you have with this other man who appears to be frequently on your mind.

As for Sarissa I haven't looked very thoroughly through their new report but the chart does look somewhat bullish to me, depending on which way the descending triangle pattern breaks.  But these companies especially at the very small market cap level are very volatile and are speculative at best until they have the means to ensure a successful commercial operation.

Back to compounding wealth for me.
