Isn't life funny !

I have taken 12 hours of my time (91 x 8 minutes) to produce metrics for 91 stocks that I hold with more to come.

The stocks are part of my portfolio with a score of 2809.93 which in relation to other CAPS members who have a rating in the 'Yes Man' category is in 161st position out of 30652 so in the top 99.48% and improving daily at the moment.(Another interesting point is that a good percentage of those above me are invested in leveraged ETF's, both long and short, which give them an unfair advantage and skews the scoring). I have maintained this position for many months even with portfolio risk control from time to time. The large number of picks are not detrimental which is an eye opener for me because all of my investing life I have been told to concentrate my portfolio in a few positions. I disagree when investing in small and very small companies. In all humility, from my initial screen, I have no idea which stocks will be the winners beforehand no matter what the fundamentals or chart patterns show so the answer is to buy the vast majority which are not falling. It is of course important to test your screen beforehand over a long period to see if it outperforms.

Snowbawl, with a very funny post gets 3 recs, and I am lucky to get 1 rec for all this hard work. (I recommended it myself). :O)

As I say, life is funny and I DO understand that comedy will always win out to dry statistics.

Onwards and upwards and, no matter what, a lot more metrics to come. :O)

Confession, I gave myself a rec for the seasonal piece I wrote about picking apples in an orchard since nobody else did. At least your post is about investing:) Small caps are fun. Do you know anything about BSI, an Israeli grocery store with a low share price and a high dividend? Have a good day!
