1. Liquidated STD position which reported better earnings this quarter, but provided discouraging guidance for next quarter and throughout 2010.  These remarks confirmed independent report earlier this week that the effects of the recession were beginning to negatively impact Spanish new housing mortgages, increase default rate, and squeeze the interest spread. Adios, amigos, I'll take a small profit and look elsewhere.

Note: would have done much better today but FORM took another point drop and I am fully exposed.  The pain, oh the pain! But I'm going to hold on at least until the quarterly (or until the fundies go south).
