If you borrow money and do not pay it off you are acting in bad faith.
When you loan money at 13%, and change it to 29%, you are acting in bad faith as well.

You are both right. But did the law give homeowners a loop hole?
bad news: we are all slaves & own nothing / good news: we don't owe anything either. looks like a 'push'. interesting, but for now will continue to pay my bills w/someone else's debt so i can keep what isn't mine:) ?
