Find another insurance company (or for that matter, any Company) which trades at FPE under 8, is valued at just over 80% of tangible book and pays a 6.5% dividend,  Additionally, One Beacon is less economically sensitive than most Companies due to the fact that it generates a large portion of its revenue from the goverment
