Listen up top Fools, quit trying to shove your college football allegiances down my throat.  Every day, I long on to this site and another "crazy" wants to tell me what the best college team is.  Or at least Motley Fool could make it a smaller part of the screen at the itty bitty bottom right hand corner.

Personally, I don't care for your Fool moniker either, BravoBevo.  I don't need to hear about your team's mascot and how proud Texas makes you feel.  You may be a great investor but keep your beliefs at home!

This is stock investing website and that's all we should be talking about or seeing, period.

I posted this elsewhere, but to David and the rest of the guys here who I enjoy so much, I'll copy and paste it here:

For example, back during the days of the old Southwest Conference a newscaster asked Coach Royal if his Top 10 ranked Longhorn football team would need to be concerned about playing the TCU Horned Frogs as the next opponent and Royal said (about TCU): "They're like a bunch of cockroaches. It's not what they eat and tote off, it's what they fall into and mess up that hurts." I still chuckle every time someone mentions TCU (and my wife graduated from TCU).

While I like humor as much as the next person, I benefit more from pondering over thought-provoking comments. Did you know that Kevin Durant (now the starting power forward of the NBA's Oklahoma City Thunder) was taught by his father that: "Hard work beats talent when talent doesn't work hard." I love that quote because it is so simple but so motivating.

Which leads to why I post the things that I do - to get folks to think about something they might not have considered previously. I cannot convince anyone anything. That isn't what I'm tryiing to do.  Another Fool said that my post "is advertising God." That's cute. But I will say that if someone takes the time to read the post, that's good. And if someone else makes the effort to think about it, regardless of whether or not s/he agrees with me, that's great.

If you'd like to visit on any of the posts or any of my blogs or comments, I'd enjoy your perspective. Thanks again for your hilarious blog.  Fool on!

I have a bit of troule getting it to always always work and some image sites seem to not work here (i've had trouble getting flickr to work), but that's generally how I've gotten it to work in the past.

If that doesn't work ask Binve, he posts pics all the time.

Here's a pic even though this brings back memories of last year's college football fiasco when Texas (in a 3-way tie in the Big XII Conference's South Division with Oklahoma and Texas Tech at the completion of regular season games) got sent to play Ohio State in the Fiesta Bowl while Oklahoma advanced to the national champtionship game against Florida (and all of this even though Texas beat Oklahoma 45 - 35 in the head-to-head matchup played on the turf).
