I am losing to market today (not that I care much) due to many of my .OB under-perform picks finding some wind on their back. Looks like "sapped of all juice in stocks and commodities, investors is trying to find bargains in OTC stocks."

I said it! I made a theory! Now, someone give me a job at CNBC, quick!
