Since so many of us CAPS players follow him, at least for CAPS shorting picks. You can find him at www.CitronResearch.com. Following are links to a few articles I wrote about him on my blog.

He's done some bad things in the past, but they are not as bad as they sound. He has been sued, but he has always won. Many of the executives at companies he has targeted have been convicted of fraud. The truth about Andrew Left, courtesy of my other blog:

Disclosure: I have no connection to Left other than that I read his blog and occasionally short sell stocks that he investigates. With regards to stocks he has profiled, I am currently short ARTC and have very recently been short TNRO.ob and EMKR.

 Ive recently upgraded my broker acct to allow me to be short after BSC... I tried to short that one at 55 but i didnt have a margin acct and I got left out...

It works well for me. But I stick to what I know. It is easy to lose lots of money going short. For example, take a look at all the top-rated CAPS players (including myself) who went short BSC at $4 or $5 last week!

I agree.. that would have been an ugly margin call, but I don't know who among us would have shorted at $5 with real money.
