Spring is arriving and everything is looking just a little brighter....maybe the US might miss the R-word and it is just a slowdown.  Maybe stocks should rebound a bit and the world is going to be ok.  A nice rally this last month.  My worst pick C has gone up some, however is not doing as well as a couple of others.  SSL has started to move and this is a nice coal to liquid company is south africa.  Rio is continuing to move.  One thing that I noticed is that my rating is in the high 90's and as long as it is there, that means that overall I am doing fairly well.  Won't ever be the top fool, and am happy just being above average.  Emerging markets (imo) should continue to do well for the next several years and most of my picks are etf's with low fees.  You will notice that I am not a large trader; buy and hold.  This mirrors my actual portoflio.  Thanks to all the CAPS people as this helps with ideas and re-affirms my thoughts to help make good picks.  Best wishes to all.

Cheers,

Cam

Nice job of portfolio management the last month Cam. I agree with your opinion about emerging markets. I think it will be tough to make major gains in the U.S. right now. I'm looking for infrastructure plays in China and other emerging locations. Keep up the great work!

Rio is nice, but BHP will make you more money.....

Especially with oil preparing to sky rocket into the stratosphere..

Thank you very much for the comments; this is the value of caps.  I will look into bhp in caps and also irl.  Rio has been quite nice for the last year and appears to be gaining again.  BHP look interesesting and I will look into it.

Cheers,

Cam
