I'm starting a stock pick blog over at blogspot to highlight some of the very best investing/speculating ideas I have. Also, to satisfy my greed for money and attention. You'll find it at the intersection of Croesus and Mammon. Or, if that link doesn't work, http://fleabaggerportfolio.blogspot.com.

It does not yet have any analysis or picks. I expect those to come some time around June 1. But you can go ahead and bookmark it now. And tell your friends.

Let me know by e-mail (DavidG@Fool.com) if there are any dissatisfactions or hoped-for enhancements to CAPS blogging. A long-term aim of ours is to make CAPS the best place for investors to blog. We don't assume we are that place yet. But the number of great blogs growing every day here tells me we're on the right path, anyway. But for us to know we're doing a great job, we need to here any constructive criticism available, especially from intelligent, engaged participants like you.

So we certainly don't begrudge anybody blogging to their heart's content 34 different places if they have the energy. But we would want to make sure that we're doing all we can to make their "happiest blogging home" right here. So again, shoot me an e-mail with any requests or suggestions for CAPS to be just that, if we're not already.

Hi Dave! Thanks for your concern. If you don't see this comment, that is because it is not a complaint or a suggestion, and thus I did not email it to you. No, the only particular thing about my new blog at blogspot is that I can put ads on it in the vain hope of establishing a revenue stream.

By the way, the day after I started my new blog (today), I lost my job. So I may finally have time to write an article for Fool.com and apply to be a freelance writer.
