I never said there would be no bumps along the way.  The banks are still a good deal however there will always be days and weeks that are not kind.  I'm seeing some stability in the real eastate market, but to get real strength we need the banks that still can lend, to do so, and that will just take time.  Getting Fannie and Freddie solidifide is a good thing, but is getting Washington behind the wheel a good thing.  The quicker it is stabilized and the taxpayer is out, hopefully with a capital gain, the better.  I can't wait for my check for the interest on my loan and the gains on the stock.
