It will be curious to see how the markets respond to this bailout plan by the Federal Government. I almost certainly see a false sense of security will be created that will lure the average investor back into the market. Unfortunately this will all most likely happen at once artificially inflating stock values. Be careful and be patient in the fourth quarter. Don't become part of another bubble simply looking for an absolute bottom in stock prices. Best of luck to all that remain in this market during these turbulent times.
