A selected list of stocks, and my opinions about them

I took a look at my CAPS active picks list.  These are all stocks that I have looked at the annual report and some 10Qs in the last year, followed the news on, and in many cases have owned or traded.  I am no expert in stocks, so please bear that in mind as your scroll down through my opinions.

With possibly one (*starred) exception, these are all real companies that do real business in the real world.  I am not sure that CTHR is anything other than a neat feat of synthetic chemistry coupled with a stock scam, so I have starred it below.

My opinion is given first, and then a list of stocks concerning which I am presently holding that opinion.

Crazy oversold.  These stocks are priced like they are expected to go out of business.  Some of them may actually go out of business.  The ones that don't, if any, are crazily underpriced:

SWHC

JMBA

GM

F

BYD

CTHR*

SCSS

--

Oversold.  If I had money and didn't have to worry about diversification, I'd buy nearly any amount of these stocks at today's closing prices:

KNM

GHM

AAPL

YUM

--

Getting to where I might buy them as a value play:

GOOG

CHA

--

Come down just a hair more, please; I have my eye on you so I can swoop in and make a risk-free Buffett-style 15%-discount pickup:

MMM

COST

GE

OLN

--

Still ridiculously overvalued:

ERTS

GME

BWLD

--

Could probably do nearly anything from here in this nutty environment, even though there is a tender offer at a premium to market outstanding - will Icahn get a better offer?  Will the current tender be able to retain secure financing?  so if you're holding a position think hard about the real possibilities:
