I owned ABT in two accounts.  Sold it in one account and kept my small holding in the other.   I liked the company, liked the constant earnings growth, liked it as a dividend growth investment, like the health care sector.  I had very strong returns over my holding period.  I was not so hot about the split and I sold.  The price was right.

I know this is just a weird nuance, but you've used it twice as your opening line in blogs.

the f in Fools should be capitalized.

To be a Fool means you do your own dilligence, invest wisely whilst not taking oneself too seriously.

To be a fool is basically calling someone a fool.

Fool on.
