ALL OF US should own the Market...EQUALLY

August 10, 2011 – Comments (6)

In a world where computers run the market....and not people....the market should belong to humanity.

It is now getting essentially impossible for a private business to compete with the practically unlimited credit being extended to Wall Street companies.

The best evidence of this is the banrkupting or elimination of almost every private homebuilder in the past few years but billions of credit handed to the PUBLIC homebuilders.

You hear the PUBLICLY bailed out shareholders cheer....but the private families suffer silently in distress.....and most of you are too busy staring at the computer driven ticker to care.

People no longer run the market my Fools....computers do.....and we are simply bystanders talking nonsense back and forth in a world of PUBLIC bailouts for PUBLIC companies.

Technology has advanced TREMENDOUSLY in the past few years....

Technology is replacing the POST OFFICE....Technology is replacing brick and mortar BANKS......Technology is tranforming EDUCATION and speeds never before seen by man....and eliminating the NEED for people to work.

Just this month banks announced over 100,000 layoffs.....the post office is shuttering thousands of branches......

SUCCESS COMES TO THOSE WITH VISION........and the future is is changing to an Udder World.

If you are looking at are looking is time to look ahead......

It is NOT the end of the World.....simply the end of a world as you knew it......

and now a world increasingly driven by technology as technology is advancing at rates humanity can never match....because the NEXT double will wipe out hundreds of millions of jobs....Globally.

and the only choice left  for people in a world that requires a job for money.....and money to use FORCE.

In socialism, the banks are exactly the type of people that will be the "men behind the curtain" running things. Any other idea of socialism is propaganda. Don't buy into this propaganda that socialism will bennefit you, it won't, it will only create a slave race  like the Egyptian pharoahs so we can build megalithic structures that have no purpose but for the ultra rich to flaunt their wealth and go on a power trip until they get bored and eventually socialism ends after another failed attempt. There is acycle of "public" and "private" economies throughout history, and everytime you have "socialism" it is serfdoms and slavey, or Nazi's, etc.

Ahhhhhh.............if it were only that simple.............benevolent socialism.  GM falls and we are rid of the evil empire.  Now China and Japan sell us more cars, US loses more jobs, and someone proclaims "the govenrment should protect us".  I heard the situation summarized appropriately "the problem with socialism is that you evenually run out of other peoples money".  The world is complex and everybody's right and everybodys wrong in differing degrees.  The founding fathers were pretty smart dudes but they also were extreme like the current day Tea Partiers.

It is amazing how those with FINANCIAL ASSETS think its OK to bail out FINANCIAL ASSETS but it is not OK to bail out those without financial assets....

and are completely indifferent to the suffering of the NON financial class that WAS NOT BAILED OUT....

It is amazing that those who had a silver spoon since becoming two cells are indifferent.  What is not that amazing is those of us who have started with nothing and have worked hard to build what they have, which is often something but not really that much in the scheme of things.    Those in this boat, do not want to be penalized into complacency by those who have not.  We could get into all sorts of sterotypes as well as vulnerable populations that do not have the abilities.  This is a rat hole since for every truth there is a lie.  The world is not fair, as the salmon in the jaws of a bear but also see the bearskin hanging on the wall of the person whose home is being forclosed.  That being said, I am glad for your viewpoint since it is vital in developing a balanced approach.
