All-Star Lineup of CEO's

As we near closer to the summer classic, and All-Star votes start to get cast, I decided I was going to make 2 line-ups of the best/worst CEO's, trying to also put them in positions relative to their performance, if anyone has any ideas please contribute. My only requirement is that they are still CEO, and 2007 performance can be counted, since it's early in 2008, but try to keep it to the later half of 2007.
Here is what I have so far:
Best
Buffett (duh) (although due to the MCO debacles I considered moving him) But this is like when Cal made his last all-star game
Jobs (may not make final cut)
Blankenfein
David O'Reilly
Dimon
Lakshall Mittal
Gerdau Johannpeter
Palmisano (IBM stock is up huge rather quietly)
Worst: I'm trying not to use to many Sub-prime blunders but
Yang (although ifhe somehow gets $36 a share like he want's he may earn comeback player of the year)
Balmer
Martin Sullivan
Imalt
Lamptert
Raymond McDaniel Jr.
Alan Schwartz
