We need you. The Fools need you and most of all this country needs you. Did your wife have the baby yet? Do not worry. Remember......11  11. Remember 777. Refocus my dear. It is all good. If I might coin a phrase. This is the birth pains. The last of an era and the beginning of a new one. The yin and yang. The last hura. Septerfi. When the going gets tough the tough get going. Pull your self up by the boot straps. Of course the stock market is going up. Hedge Funds. Just which funds or all does not matter. Look at the chart of the Stock Market crash of the Great Depression and after. Do not worry this country is going to make it. You see as the saying goes when the mom is not happy no one is happy? Well there are tons of mom's who are not happy and they are doing something about it. So is Mother Earth. Focus on that for a while. Look for where they are making a difference. Think like a hedge fund manger. I miss you blogs all ready. Come back. PLEASE?????? A metamorphosis is what we are going through. I send you butterfly's. As the caterpillar goes into the crystlis and emerges as a butterfly so is this country. You are blessed to see both side's. You woke up sooner than most. Help those along who are still asleep. Look at the trees and flower's. Take your children for a walk and look at some bugs along the way. Refresh yourself and then come back. Alex Jones call's this prison planet. I call it freedom planet. For now to make this a stock writing I still will go for silver and then gold. More uses for silver and people will still need food. Silver to trade in for the money to buy food. I don't garden to well. Alstray teach your children with a back yard garden. Feel the earth in your hands and have fun with them feeling the earth in their hands. Maybe some seed co. to look into other than Monsanto. Now take the wife and children and dance.

Hmm...  If Alstry is giving up that must be the ultimate contrarian indicator.  I'm going to have to get just a little more bearish.

There are so many positives and negatives going on with the economy at any given time it is hard to balance them and easy to get caught up being on one side or the other (bull vs. bear).  The mind is prone to confirmation bias.

What I try to keep in mind is that a permabull still grows his money in the stock market over the long-term (assuming he doesn't leverage), whereas a permabear will lose his eventually.

I think this is definitely a contrarian indicator, along with a few others. I was wondering if I could put more money in the market or leave it sitting in cash.  This event along with a few others, (tasty's score going negative, the seemingly endless bullish euphoria, this whole feeling that we've been here before) has me thinking that maybe I should hold off for now.  Cash isnt always a bad thing.  A bird in hand is better than 2 in a bush.

Its only been one day.  Okay, that may be a long time for Alstry, but I'm not confident that is necessarily a contrarian indicator.  Now, if were Alstry crowing about a "new economy" and 100,000 Dow, I would be buying food and ammo and heading for the hills.
