You're actually ignorant of that which you post.  From one random link that you posted - for one chick-fil-a in a mall closing - here's the rest of the story:

"Famous Labels opened last month. We're expecting a 10,000 square foot aerobics and fitness center. They should be open in the next two or three weeks, Adorable Pets is opening in the next week and Anthracite Outfitters opened about two weeks ago. So we have some new things coming in," said mall manager Elaine Maneval."

Dubya- I think that's more "common knowledge" than a quote. Also, thinking of throwin' down some cheese on MTNPF.X or MTNPG.X. There's nothing at the lake- same in CO. What say you? Also, a shakeout on the Lux condo mkt and resort community developments + economy, and RE in general. HMMMM

I agree: alstry doesn't actually read the links that the posts.

He just reads the headlines, and posts headlines that support his hypothesis. Even if the content of the links talk about things that conradict his theories.

Of course, how would he know? He doesn't actually read his own links. Just the headlines.

STARFIRE  PANL  Price to sales 28!!!   Total assets have decreased 4 quarters In a row.  Book value  $1.68    Company won't be profitable even through  2010....   I like the business that they are In,I do not like the fundamentals....       EMAN   Price to sales 1.30,   Revenues and net Income are Increasing. No debt. Unique niche products. Very small company, but room to grow.  Easy decision with moderate to high risk  with EMAN.   I will follow this one....
