Last year I was blogging that 50% of the hospitals in America will close in the next few years....I now up that number to 2/3 of all health care facilities will close over the next few years.....

and I estimate that we will lose 3-5 millin jobs in the process at all levels of health care.....

it is simply what happens when you Zombulate a nation and the Gardner Bros remain silent.

McCullough-Hyde Memorial Hospital - 22

Franklin Regional Medial Center in Louisburg NC - 17

Central Maine Healthcare - Considering Layoffs

Austin Medical Center hospital - 12

IT WILL ONLY GET WORSE AND PRETTY SOON YOU WON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT AL ANYTHING ANYMORE....IT WILL BE YOUR FELLOW DESPERATE CITIZENS WHO WEREN'T PREPARED TO BE ZOMBULATED THAT YOU WILL HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT.

1 in 7 Americans lives in poverty...

Foreclosures Rise; Repossessions Set Record...

When you bailed out the bankers.....you shoulda bailed out the country as well.....but now the country goes broke and everything shuts down as America is cut off of credit....and the people go absolutely crazy....

Gunman shoots doctor at Johns Hopkins hospital, then kills mother, himself...

Are you having fun just sitting there saying nothing as your nation collapses due to Zombulation.......???????

Just wait, the party is just beginning....just watch the people on pensions learn there pension is bankrupt.....this one could get ugly as millions learn how it felt to be Bernie's client.....

Ha, I love that you have started going after the Gardner Bros...that one really cracks me up.  Doing a great job, you may think nobody listens but they do...I mean even the ppl that hate you read your stuff...that is impressive.

As for doing nothing, it is quite difficult to overthrow a fascist dictatorship..so I think people are doing what they can.  Here are some examples I have found recently.

http://www.spendingrevolt.com/

http://www.defeatthedebt.com/

http://goooh.com/

Obviously, the tea parties and C4L as well...I have honestly seen only two good current politicians though (Ron Paul and Jim Demint)

Also, I dunno if you vent on Zerohedge too, but they would love you over there...those guys are about just itching to knock Benny the B on his ass.

I try to spread the msg daily, hard though...nobody listens to a kid really...if the stock market would crash like it should I think ppl would really start to revolt...probably why they are propping it up with everything they got..oh well.

County to cut off water despite residents' pleas...

Chicago cops plan massive protest against manpower shortages...

CAN YOU IMAGINE HOW HARD BUFFETT, BERNANKE, AND THE BANKER BUDDIES ARE LAUGHING AT YOU AS THEY GET TO BORROW ALL OF YOUR MONEY FOR FREE!!!!....AND YOU ARE SUFFERING SILENTLY......AS THEY ARE LAUGHING SOOOOO LOUDLY......

Hey Alstry:

I recently became a nurse having been in straight commission sales on my family's company for 9 years until the economy caught up with reality. I have a good understanding of business. I keep telling my co-workers that changes are coming. But it is interesting to watch how quickly HMO's can deny payment for not crossing your T's. When patients get a very expensive procedure and length of stay for free- I understand that I dont work for free, doctors don't work for free, housekeepers don't work for free... Not only that- many states are cutting back reimbursements for charity care while many hospitals still have significant capital expenses they have accumulated from expansion in "the good years".

As a side note I noticed how many new employees are coming to our hospital from out of state. Although every magazine says there is a nursing shortage- not many regional hospitals are hiring nor will many take new nursing graduates to train when they have a large pool of experienced people to take.

A few notes from the front lines
