I'm still waiting for you to keep your word about quitting blogging.

But I suppose I do need to thank you for putting a smile on my face this morning.  Your whacked commentary makes for great laughs.

I can't tell if you're being serious, or if you've started to use self-depricating humor because of all your failed predictions

Alstry- "Live in Hope" sounds like a slogan on a silicone bracelet Lance Armstrong wears. His is yellow- maybe yours can be silver or gold.

I was thinking- what our country would look like if tomorrow we woke up and there was no more entitlements. Just poof- gone. If there was no social security, medicare, medicaid, half as many government workers making $71K a year, no federal pensioners, no subsidies in any industry acorss the board. Politically it would never happen and we are more likely to go to a cradle-to-grave government... think about how many people are disabled, elderly, retired, getting ready for retirement, on some sort of government help that we know in our own lives- extrapolate that across the country its amazing.
