I'm just curious, is there any other investment vehicle alternative to holding cash in a MMAccount (3-4%) that would yield a greater return with near zereo risk?
Thanks for your feeback.
In today's market, there is no such thing as "near zero" risk. The closest thing IMO would be an energy trust like ATN or PWE, yielding at or above 10% and not much risk of downsides - this is my opinion of course.
Feel like taking a trip to Australia? They have interest rates over 7%. When was the last time they were that high in the US? Of course there is the currency risk, but right now the US dollar seems risker than most other currencies. Just kind of fun to think about.
