Do I misread this, or did the man take $355 million in profit for the privilege of leading Countrywide into this mess over the last 2.5 years?
i'm tired of your negativity TMFBent, it is obvious that he is trying to diversify his portfolio and is also selling for favorable tax purposes... angelo is raising the bar of what american ceo's should strive to... i would be more afraid if angelo were buying shares in order to fool you... feb 5, 2007...
whoops I meant feb 1, 2006... since those feb 5, 2007 were free.... i guess if your a pulte executive and you lose 50% plus on your stock in one year, they just give you free shares the year after... makes sense to me
damnnn thats a lotta cash!
Heh. And only 12,000 or so additional lambs sacrificed to Angelo's altar last Friday evening.
I find this chart very telling
If for whatever reason that doesn't show up it's a graph of the insider buys ($73,417) and sells ($704,928,437) over the past 6 months, nearly a solid red bar!
Oh and thanks Seth for the secform4.com link. I have a new way of wasting time now!
I have a question: Why is he exercising/selling in small amounts every couple of days? Why not make a big fire sale? He wants to avoid media attention or there's some regulation keeping him from it? I know it doesn't really make a difference I'm just curious.
I haven't looked into it. Possibly one of those STARs deals?
