Another Apple Gaffe...
I was just watching the Apple (AAPL) press conference on the iPhone reception problems on CNBC and it appears as though someone forgot to put the rubber bumper on the antenna for the camera. One minute I was watching Steve Jobs and the next minute poof nothing. Fortunately, they switched back to a Brady Bunch screen with twenty annoying talking heads trying to analyze a press conference that they can't even see. Click.
I'm lucky that I cheaped out and bought $99 3GS iPhones for my wife and myself a few weeks ago. The old one works fine.
I actually work with a person who ordered ten of the iPhone four cases the day he got his phone and couldn't find the cases anywhere. He then turned around and sold nine of them on Craig's List for fifty bucks apiece, paying for his entire phone. Nice.
On a related note about annoying technological issues, remember when I completely trashed Cablevision (CVC) management in a blog post a week or so ago (Why I'll never buy stock in Cablevision or MSG)? I was unable to access my Optimum Online e-mail for more than a day because they were having systems issues. Coincidence?...I think not. They're clearly out to get me. I kid.
