and Cramer starts screaming its a buy on that day. A little earnings history on APPL, its beaten earnings every qtr by a wide margin. Here are the last 4 straight qtrs starting from last qtr. Expect at least a 5% beat which should be enough to cause a rally because its been beaten down from nearly $200/shr to current $115+

Surprise %  28.1%,   13.5%,    10.2%,   8.4%,

Yeah, AAPL is a sell after they announce earnings.  There is a knee-jerk because they beat expectations, but it fades in a couple of days.

In the longer term, AAPL is a sell.  They make cool gadgets that people won't be able to afford as well as they could in the go-go times of easy credit and plentiful jobs.

Speaking of Jobs, there's another reason to sell while he's still above ground.  He's a great CEO, but he has major health problems, so the stock will take a hit when he eventually passes or announces he is unable to continue as CEO in any meaningful way.  The idea for now is that he'll come back, but that probably isn't realistic.
