When a nation kicks its insolvent citizens out of their homes but gives its insolvent Wall Street bankers billions in bonuses and trillions in effectively free loans...from citizens savings and retirement accounts of course.....there are not many choices left for government as the private economy shuts down.
As the tax receipts evaporate, there appears to be only two choices left.... to seize the citizens assets and go to war....
Israel Tuesday began distributing millions of protection kits against biochemical warfare, Deputy Defence Minister Matan Vilnai announced, stressing the campaign was not linked to any imminent threat. "We have equipped ourselves with millions of protection kits against biological or chemical warfare, and a massive distribution programme for the population started today," Vilnai told army radio.

Our government is running out of money.....just the Federal Government currently is operating with a $1.5 trillion dollar deficit(over twice personal and corporate income tax receipts)....and the deficit is growing. Cities, counties, and states are operating under more difficult conditions.
