You now KNOW America and much of the world is BROKE or going broke...even the EXPERTS see it clearly:

Our fundamental financial and economic problems, i.e. overleveraging, lack of transparency, have not been solved.

Since 2008, capacity utilization has plummeted; businesses have no pricing power;

U.S. lost 6.7 million jobs but numbers are underreported;

personal income tax receipts are down 21%; corporate tax receipts are down 58%;

U.S. deficit will exceed $1.8 trillion; govt. spending is now 185% of tax receipts;

13% of mortgages are seriously delinquent and/or in foreclosure;

huge decrease in personal net worth; 15 million mortgages exceed the home value.

We’re on a massive debt spending spree. Income on all levels is not sufficient to make debt payments.

WORLD BANK RUNNING OUT OF MONEY...

None of this was hard to see...and with the banks being the only ones bailed out and debt allowed to survive suffocating our economy...our nation is shutting down.  Whenever you cut off credit and income to a population...the population is driven into distress and unrest is the natural consequence.

Many of our cities are deteriorating and becoming uninhabitable....

This has been Benny B's and Timmy G's plan all along....any Fool should now see it...why else would you bail out insolvent bankers, give them billions in bonuses and let the economy crash by starving it of funds and raise interest rates on a massive amount of debt while saying things are getting better the whole time?????

Time is running out as the natives see through the illusion and lies as millions see only dim propects ahead.

Now the police departments across the nation are preparing for what is coming...they are being armed with Long Range High Frequency crowd control weapons...weapons that have never been turned against our own citizens until recently.

With sales evaporating, unemployment showing no signs of abating, towns firing local police and fire fighters, and much of our youth unemployed with little in the way of opportunity.....the conditions are now ripe for an economic collapse:

"Regarding the outlook, my analysis is grim. I am not a doomsayer, I follow the cash, and so far, I’ve been correct, and the government has been wrong. Here’s the situation. We are at greater risk of a total meltdown due to a deflationary collapse than we were in 2007. After the greatest Ponzi scheme in the history of the capital markets, we’ve seen history’s greatest fiscal and monetary expansion, but it hasn’t worked. Debt levels of consumers and business exceed the capacity to repay."

http://globaleconomicanalysis.blogspot.com/2009/10/janet-tavakoli-risk-of-deflationary.html

Ms. Tavakoli is right...it is simply impossible to pay back the debt that the bankers infected our economy with....the money never really existed in the first place....and now that bankers are cutting off credit, income is evaporating and the economy is shutting down.

Fools...I warned you to prepare....In 9.09 you knew it was here........now its time for Benny B and Timmy G to impose the fear.........The Zombulator is about to be powered up into full gear.

All I can say is now that you know....soon you will Feel.....and for you my little Alstrybaters, please don't squeal.

LET'S THINK ABOUT THIS FOR A SECOND.........

Tax receipts evaporating....citizens fleeing.......and somehow people think CA can pay back an ever increasing debt load?????????

Latest Web Bot Update .. please take it with a grain of salt ...

The following in from Clif at www.halfpasthuman.com on Saturday -

"Heads up! Reality Change Ahead!

in running our MOM (model of modelspace) cleanup of the lexicon prior to tuning, it became apparent that October 25 turn in emotions globally will be dominated by a [lock down/implosion] of the [planetary financial/banking system]. The data suggests that such things a [currency trading] and [commodities trading] as well as many other [digital trading forms] will be [suspended]. Some will never resume, or if they do, they will be in entirely different forms. There may be a [banking lock up] in many countries emanating from the USofA outward. There may be [inter bank lock downs] in which [central banks] and [wealth storage clearing houses] will not be able to function. There are data sets suggesting that the rapid shift into building tension language on the 25th originates from and is propelled by the [financial system implosion] that then morphs over into [dollar rejected by all] a mere 10/ten days (more or less) later. There may be shut downs of all kinds of banking activity within the USofA and the rest of the anglosphere.

The [sudden/urgent travel] of the [administration (obama et al) minions] in early November, under this MOM background load shows up as being about [desperately trying] to get the rest of the [planet] to [loan] the actual [resources/wealth] to [restart] the [USofA banking system].

This MOM data set can be wrong in a way that the larger modelspace can not. The MOM set is so small that if it is wrong it is usually widely so. However, the data sets here are so focused, and bring in such crisp emotional shifts relative to the same days (10-25-2009), that it made sense to prepare this note.

If correct, this is the beginning of "The Big One" relative to the dollar and the central banking system. Everything else in the modern world depends on this structure...so it will be a big one throughout all of the social infrastructure.

If MOM is correct, then the [dollar death] will be way more dramatic and waaaay shorter than i had first thought. MOM is showing very dramatic language shifts (albeit against a much smaller background) for not only October 25, but also in a very sharp crocodile tooth pattern from November 4 through December 10th indicating a very very emotionally choppy time.

So, heads up! Reality shift (time/event bump) just ahead. If MOM is correct, there will be some additional levels of [visibility] on October 10th through the 15th that will put a focus on the 'trigger' that will show on October 25th and beyond.

Masa Katsu! Pie up now, panic later.

Stop [making fun] of [JerseyGirl]. I've checked with my [Transmogriphal Boostuckular Starscoper], and if she's correct, then the MOM data is only the [tip] of the proverbial [icecream].

The DAD (diagram of diagrammensions) data indicates [seismologic glennbecks] in the [limbaugh], as well as [mimsy borogoves] and [mome raths] in the rafters of the San Diego Fed building, which means gold may be fluctuating in hitherto unknown magnetic [plecticular quantities] - not the price, mind you, but the actual gold itself. The [displacement/dislocation/rise/fall/bounce/shimmy/shake/boogaloo] in the markets [will/won't] be staggering. The DAD is never wrong. Once he thought he was wrong, but he was [mistaken].

You should probably take this with a whole shaker of salt (nutmeg and oregano might enhance the delicacy of the flavor as well), but before scoffing too much, take out a 5-dollar bill - ANY American bill of series 2002 and up will do - and look closely at the statue of Lincoln on the back. (You may need a magnifying glass.) Note that Lincoln is now wearing a propeller beanie and kneepads with a Nazi logo on them. Those weren't there on Friday. Obama is clearly using a more advanced form of Kindle technology to gradually alter our money until it transforms into the new Socialist world currency. Wake up, America! The Truth is out there, you just have to track it down and subdue it with a tranquilizer gun.

#8. mawnck, agreed, and well stated. However, mimsy borogroves and mome raths should not be part of this equation. I've been charting and analizing their movements and so far are a non factor. Also, agree that we may see gold flatulating in hitherto unknown placticular quantities-magnetic or not cannot be projected at this juncture. As far as displacement/dislocation/rise/fall/bounce/shimmy/shake/bugaloo,
it's already happened and concentric contraction occured. It WAS staggering. As far as DAD never wrong, truer words were never spoke. I will firmly stand by my 10.31 call.

Of course, alstry was probably in diapers in 1981, which means this is probably his first real recession. Poor baby, freaking out when he encounters a real recession.

I think Alstry is right to be honest.

I don't foresee the entire country going to ruins, but many parts will feel the effects of this recession way more than others.

California has one of the largest economies in the world, and its on the brink of collapse.  Detroit the same.  My state (Maryland), has seen almost 35% of their millionares leave the state as a result of higher taxes on the rich (we have 2 of the richest counties in America by the way).  We are also running a 2 billion dollar deficit, overall cuts will be massive, but they will bring them in little by little as to not shock the system.

I believe that's what's going on all over the country.  At some point, the private sector has to come into play.  The gov't probably will have another year to 18 months to buy time for the private sector. It's going to be bumpy all around, but eventually there has to be incentives for the private sector to jump start teh economy.

To do this, tax cuts need to be put in place for employers.  Tax cuts need to be put in place all around, which I think they should have done in the first place, not all this wasteful spending.  They should have borrowed the 2 trillion, cut taxes all over the place, and picked their spots to fill in voids with the 2 trillion.  That deficit should have been a cushion for the tax receipts that will evaporate, not bail out rich bankers.

The stimulus was supposed to create jobs, where are they?

Personally, this is my first real recession too.  Now, take this with a grain of salt as I didn't start investing until after the crash (bought a house in NOV and started buying stocks in Feb) because of my age, but all the recession has meant for me is making wildly outsize returns, taking profits, and designing an inflation resistant portfolio overweight commodity and international sectors.

I think we'll all be ok when the [END OF DAYS] and the [CATASTROPHIC WORLD ENDING MELTDOWN] of the [EVIL GOLDMAN-SACHS CONSPIRACY BUBBLE] come to pass.
