Once a "darling" stock, now a dog of a stock, it is hard to make a bullish argument for this company. They got hurt hard with the BP oil spill. They have missed projections on a continual basis. They seem to make gaffe after gaffe, the latest with the recent CEO hiring/nonhiring issue. But with all that said you are looking at a once 20ish dollar stock now selling for 4 bucks. So at this point your downside risk is $4. And that is if the company goes BK. The upside is who knows.
Too many insiders would get crushed on BK. So for that to happen it would have to be a forced issue. Al Reese deserves a billion medals for keeping this company afloat. And if it can just stay afloat for a few more months a turn around is certainly possible.
At $4 I am suggesting people speculate here. The risk is small now compared to the potential gains. I started to nibble again.
