Attention CAPS Experts: Need Dividend stock suggestions

Hello fellow CAPSters,

When I saw blogs about stocks being at attractive valuations due to the recent turmoil, I didnt believe it at first...until I saw one of the best stocks that I own in my IRA yielding almost 8.  Needless to say I pulled the trigger and bought more.  But I still have some cash lying around.  So I need help from the great investment minds in this community to help me come up with some good suggestions for dividend stocks.

To help narrow it down I'll give a few guidelines:  Moderate risk, attractive valuations (I'm not too fond of stocks with P/E of 20 or above), solid balance sheet (preferably debt to equity of 1 or below), and a good dividend payout history.

Thank you in advance.

I am fond of Navios Maritime Partners LP NMM:NYSE

paying 12%, steadily increasing payouts.  Greek company, having nothing to do with the Greek economy except having its price depressed by Greek problems.  Get their revenue from long-term shipping contracts.

outoffocus -

Just happened to see your post, and thought I'd reply since I love dividend-paying stocks.

Here are some of my personal favorites.  They all have historically-low valuations and are sporting some great yields:

1)  MSFT

2)  GPC

3)  INTC

4)  WMT

All the best of luck.

INTC, T, PG, WM, MO, PM, CLCT, OLN are a few of my faves.  Any of the integrated oils: XOM, TOT, CVX, COP are worth a look too as they are hugely out of favor at the moment.

RIG doesn't meet your history requirement - its dividend is new - and VZ has more debt than you want, but those names are also worth a look in my opinion.

If you can get over the idea of owning a tobacco stock, PM is probably the world's best stock right now.

If you can invest in Canada, my personal favourites are Boston Pizza Royalty Income Fund and Rogers Sugar Inc (although their divident was reduced when it stopped being an income fund).

Great suggestions. Thanks! I will be doing some research on all of them.  If anyone else has any further suggestions feel free to chime in.

Well maybe I can help anyhow :)

Everything about my latest dividend payer KO can be found in my pitch for Coke. (sorry can't link)

Truthisntstupid is my go to guy with divi questions.

Someone who's quiet but is big on divis is one of my favorite players scruffy4life.

Hope this was helpful.

Cheers.

3%+ dividends, solid, defensive, and surprisingly cheap. I own them in real life.

MSFT - plus it has some growth with Windows 8, tablets and smart phones (that assumes they won't screw it up again)
