Attunity (NASDAQ:ATTU) Best Big Data Investment?

 

I have been observing ATTU for approximately one year and now present key pending news, key statistics, key events, and key analyst reports all supportive of an argument for a Strong Buy. I qualify them as "key" as they are very substantive and in the case of "key news" little ATTUs technology has turned heads in the technology world where they are perceived as best of the best.

Also significant is that one weakness is ATTUs liquidity, however, this is being mitigated by a pending $20M shelf-registration. Hopefully Management wields/orchestrates this offering dovetailing with strong q4/fy 2012 numbers on January 30th minimizing dilution with said $20M offering.

Optimally ATTU Management will maximize share price over the next several+ quarters and then put themselves in a bidding war. I believe (NASDAQ:AMZN) would be the ideal company to take them out as ATTU would offer the most to AMZN over ORCL, TDC, HPQ, EMC, et al. The Chairman and CEO of ATTU has a strong track record in this area as you will see after reviewing all references. The key will be this next earnings report  on January 30th, which is why I waited until now to post this.  January 30 is a key date as it may substantially confirm ATTU as a superior investment legitimizing all said analyst reports/growth prospects...or not.

Also both (Actuate:BIRT) @actuate and privately-held Actian  @ActianCorp * would also be obvious potential acquirors.
