For those of my friends who believe the problems with the financial industry are rooted in Gov't involvement and would prefer if Government were not involved, I have just the solution for you.

Here is a list of opportunities for your money that do not recognise and will not be subjugated to the rules of the Governments you despise. Deposit away.

The Cayman Islands Monetary Authority has become aware of entities with websites that have given their contact addresses as being in the Cayman Islands.  The entities listed in the document below are not licensed or registered to carry on activities regulated by the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority.  Our inquiries also reveal that they are also not registered with the Cayman Islands Companies Registry.  

The Authority would encourage people receiving any form of approach from these purported entities not to respond to them in any way.

But you know better. Do not let oppressive Governments stop you having the freedom from regulation you so proudly support.

Government should know that they are only bound to some certain limitation they cant have the full access as far as financial regulation is concerned.  At some point in time they have to execute some policies but it does not mean that they have to over rule the policy of the  regulatory board that is in charge. Ah, yes.  The old "if you think the government's too involved, you must be against all government involvement and regulation" saw.  Because...you know...everything is just that balck and white.

I am speaking of the few who regularly blurt out that all Government involvement is the problem.

It is nice to know that some of you who think the Gov't is too involved speak out in those circumstances when the Gov't has done a job that you want doing.
