Previously, I posted a series on the Best Dividend Stocks for 2012.  At the end of January, many of these defensive stocks have reported their earnings for the last quarter of 2011. Overall, the earnings reported have been without too many surprises as these stocks have maintained their winning ways. The following paragraphs discuss the main earning points of the stocks on the Best Dividend Stocks list having reported as of this date.
