Blodget vs. Cramer
I was just catching up on some reading from the beginning of the year and thought I'd share some of the punches thrown in the Blodget/Cramer slapfight for those that missed it.
Blodget's article: http://www.slate.com/id/2158497/fr/flyout
Dealbook article: http://dealb...et-vs-cramer/
Blodget article #2: http://www.slate.com/id/2159669
Imus blog (Cramer quoted): http://imusb...uld-be-fired/
Another Dealbook article: http://dealb...-horns-again/
and, a classic quote from the LA Times just to top it off:
A steadicam tracks the bald, bearded Cramer, eyes gleaming, pacing around the studio like a backwoods revivalist, shouting hosannas to his favorite stock of the moment (which, more often than not, he says is guaranteed to go up, up, up) and pausing only to smack oversize buttons on a control panel that cue various silly sound effects, such as the Hallelujah chorus or a trumpet fanfare.
I'm not a Cramer basher per-se, but this was all pretty entertaining reading (like US Weekly for the stock market).
Any thoughts out there on Cramer or Blodget?
