Daniel Gross interviews Michelle Leder of Footnoted.Com. I am so excited to create Shyster Capital Management, because at the end of the day you really are either a shyster or a sucker. And I'm a shyster.  Shyster Hall of Fame candidate and AOL pioneer, Bob Pittman, now CEO of Clear Channel, knows how to fly. Get a load of this.

... Footnoted.com reported that Pittman's deal stipulated that he would have a plan available to him — preferably a Dassault-Breguet Mystere Falcon 900 — for business and personal use. In November, Clear Channel filed a new disclosure, noting that the company would pay a leasing company owned by Pittman $3 million per year for the use of the jet that will ferry Pittman around the country. The name of the leasing company? Yet Again."

Imagine having the testeballs to demand such luxury and THEN profiting off of it as well? That's a 100% pure CERTIFIED SHYSTER move. And you know that a man's bejongus increases by at least 25% just by flying in a plane called a "Mystere Falcon 900."

I once dated a girl who ran a daycare business out of her home. She strategically placed candy and gumball machines all throughout her house. Those kids loved it! Whats more impressive though, is she always had music on in the playrooms, and she would interrupt said music to play advertisements for the gumball machines. She was wringing an average of $2.37 out of each kid, every session; straight profit.

Think she's maxed out what these kids have to spend? No biggie. She circumvented that by adding a monthly "Vending Machine Maintenence Fee" onto the parent's bill.

Wow!  That is really fantastic shystering. It lacks the scale, but the depth of utter tactlessness and disregard for common decency is 100% pure certified shyster. When SCM takes off, I'd hire her in a minute.
