The winner of the "Christmas in July" contest, is a "member" with no active picks.  All of his contest picks were banks or financial stocks.  All of his picks were started on July 15.  The contest ended Aug. 1.

Hardly seems fair to those of us who entered the contest back when it started in early June. (I know - nobody said life has to be fair.)  Oh well - i'll just go buy a lottery ticket. Probably have better odds of winning that game of chance!

Looking at the contest, it looks like the member dominated.   Wonder how many times they enetered.    I say this because he hit the financial rally perfect.

Playing the market is very hard these times. Sure luck helps, but experience and good understanding of the market could help do a lot better.
