BPSG Alert

March 30, 2010 – Comments (4) | RELATED TICKERS: BPSG.DL

I have been following this one since January. It has severely underperformed but also shows signs of being very undervalued. Future growth rate, insider selling, lack of M&A activity and departure of CEO are all causes for concern here but I am playing this as a strong potential for upside limited downside approach.

Some interest by CAPS All Stars like Porte, TSIF and UL as well.

Bought at 3.98 today... onward and upward Gleacher.

So is there complete indifference towards BPSG? I think it might be good for me personally if that is the case... : )

This stock is my "I want to speculate on Citi but I am definitely not following Dick Bove to the slaughterhouse..." special. Not a like comparison but seemingly on similar pivot points (one way or the other.)

I like the risk/reward here but what do I know...I also own GIGM...ETFC and RJET to name a few.

Not sure if it's indifference, but I red-thumbed it a while back and it's one of my highest scoring picks. What's your target?

I could see it back up into the $7 range...there definitely seems to be a commitment to get this company back on track with all of the recent changes. $9 per share last Oct/Nov certainly seems robust in hindsight but a comparison with peers and the optimism in the M&A space made me feel comfortable with the risk/reward setup at least...

thanks for your got me thinking about the decision again and going back in time to when you hit it with a red thumb is a valuable exercise...they are not without their blemishes...

sold 1/2 my position after today's call. seems like they have quite a bit of work to do and the growth story might take a little longer. This is likely to be a theme across the board and I have to concern myself with risk across portfolio.
