Midyear budget cuts are in store for all three branches of West Virginia state government to avoid a potential budget deficit now estimated at $120 million. The Legislature and Supreme Court have also agreed to as-yet-unspecified cuts, the governor said. Legislative officials could not immediately be reached for comment Monday. A Supreme Court spokeswoman said officials there have been asked to identify potential cuts....

As credit is cut off the America and Americans....Wall Street Bankers and Federal Workers bask in pay raises, massive bonuses, and a seemingly unlimited flow of practically free credit even though they are very cash flow negative.  How long do you think Americans are going to keep paying 5-30% interest rates when bankers get money for free.......even as the bankers are insolvent?

The joke is bankers are paying deposit basically nothing cutting off massive amounts of income to the savers and elderly of America......

The Fed will likely provide another bailout for the States.  Until our federal creditors crash the USD, I think this charade will continue.  JMHO.
