Can't rate stocks

December 03, 2012 – Comments (5)

I tried to pick outperform on a few things and I got "Access denied- you cannot visit THIS part of the site" and there are no outperform or underperform buttons for me.  Anybody know what that's about?

That's really odd. Can you send us a bug report (Contact Us - report a bug) with the page you were trying to rate from, and the stocks you wanted to rate?

I've gotten that too (and sent a bug report). Sometimes searching for a company (XOM for example) kicks you over to a logged out, MSN version of the ticker page. It started when TMF changed the format to remove the .OB and .PK suffixes on tickers.

I got it several times over a few days, with companies ranging from AAPL to pink sheet stocks. Then it stopped a week or so ago.

Might sound simple but maybe you weren't logged in?  Sometimes I forget to do so after I delete history.
