I am now investing in Canadian stocks.  With the U.S. $ dropping against our currency I've  just broken even on stocks that have increased 10% over the past couple of months.. So back to my home with a couple of great stocks that are doing well and will continue to do so.

FNX on the Toronto exchange, and QUA on the Toronto exchange were greatly oversold when the market crashed.  Started buying them $3.00+ in December and continue buying. Both are in the $8.00 range now and benefit from excellent management, strong balance sheets and working mines.

I will probably think of selling at some distant future date, say within three years, when they are both in the $40.00 plus range. Dont take my word for it. Research and decide on your own.

Absolutly. Although a strong currency is sometimes a struggle for equities. You have the right idea. Stick to commod. companies who will benifit the most. Check out ENB as a Nat. Gas play.
