* Including LNUX Board of Directors for fully endorsing this situation. Wildcards are Trivium, FMR, and Sobel.  Trivium (10.14%) + FMR (12.98%) account for 23% of LNUX outstanding shares. There simply should be substantive influence and motivation there to force a restructuring.
