Does this mean that the US Army will be buying its Hummers from China or do we have a replacement for "the dumbest company in the world" (previously known as General Motors). By the way, since GM has filed for bankruptcy, will they now be known as Private First Class Motors?

Military hummers aren't produced by General Motors.  They're made by AM General

The military's been working on phasing out the HMMWV for a while now anyway.
