Have to agree with rfaramir.  That's what happens to all these double and triples ETFs.  They crash over time, then do a 10 for 1 reverse split and rinse repeat.  Personally I think they should be banned since I submit they are a large contributor to volatility with neglible positive market value.  But we have weasils always running the SEC and it will never happen.
