(“Air Toxics Rule”), which will require reduction of mercury and other Hazardous Air Pollutants (“HAPs”) from 1,200 new and existing electricity generating units.

“This rule, which is expected to be finalized in November of this year, will cause a substantial increase in demand for Activated Carbon Injection (“ACI”) equipment; AC; Refined Coal; and Enhanced Coal.

The Air Toxics Rule also creates markets for dry sorbent injection (“DSI”) systems for capturing acid gases such as HCl and SO3 and condensable particulate matter.
