Ok,

First of all let me compliment the best use of 'related tickers' since 'related tickers'.

Second, let me comment that maybe putting business people into government is not as good an idea as it seems on the surface.

You get a rec from me.

Best wishes,

That is not at all what the court ruling says or implies.  Indeed, it takes extraordinary gullibility to believe that the court would reach such a decision. Try reading the order itself instead of the moronic knee-jerk reactions that are flying around the internet.

Text of the court order.

Well it is not like we all didn't know this would happen. It was only when it was a huge public issue that politicians were siding against BP. They stacked so many claims against them (and the stock dropped) to begin with, but I knew the people don't remember these things for very long. I grabbed the stock when it was low and rode it up for a nice little gain.
