I just viewed this interview with David Rosenberg.

I have been in the deflation camp for a long time, but after viewing this I tend to agree with his assessment of price stability.  Anymore  signs of deflation and there will be another massive response to reinflate but, overall pressures are deflationary.

I thought interest rates would be heading up to reprice risk into them, but Rosenberg thinks we are in for long term low rates, and his thoughts are that they go with a price stable environment.  And it has occurred to me that repricing risk doesn't necessarily mean savings rates go up, but rather, the spread between saving and lending rates increases.
